ADFA has partnered with the Offline Internet Consortium, a global network of organizations working to bring digital resources to communities without reliable internet access, and is collaborating with members including Kiwix, Internet-in-a-Box, and Learn AI Anywhere. The partnership reflects a shared conviction that meaningful participation in the digital world should not depend on having a fast, always-on internet connection.

Attending the CSTA 2026 conference reinforced what we already believed about the barriers standing between learners and app development, and surfaced some new thinking about what it will take to help students become creators, not just consumers, of technology. The conversations happening in CS education right now align closely with ADFA’s work.
