Code on the Go is entirely free and open-source, and we want to keep improving it. If you’d like to get involved, we are actively looking for contributors to help with:
- Localizing the app into new languages
- Developing plugins to expand our ecosystem
- Creating starter templates for various types of projects
To submit new translations, please open a PR. To submit plugins and templates, click here. (If you already submitted a plugin, thank you! Your plugin is being reviewed and we look forward to publishing it soon.)
UI updates
- GitHub issue 1126: The search bar is now visible in portrait and landscape orientation when searching a file.
- In the bottom sheet, the full-screen button that maximizes display of the code editor is now correctly hidden.
- When using Samsung DEX , the debugger toolbar is correctly displayed.
Other fixes
- GitHub issue 1096: When switching from preview mode back to layout mode, the layout preview engine does not write its runtime-inflated view structure back into the original source XML file.
- Sketch to UI updates include improving smart boundary detection and metadata parsing.
- Fixed race condition during onboarding.
- The APK Analyzer plugin now uses a single icon.
- Other bugs including

New translations
